He forces his citizens to play Solitaire - the national game - all day long but really he only wants to share his love for the game.
He zaps all lifeforms that enters his galactic space zone but really, he’s just a private sort of person.
He uses every dirty trick in the book, but really, he just likes a good read.
He takes kids away to his private quarters but really, he just enjoys their company.

And so everybody attacks him for these perceived atrocious acts. Or indeed when he loses a game of Solitaire or when he spots a foreigner in his class, It pushes him over the edge, spawning mini-Burr VomitFace to defend himself and the planet he so loves.
A word of warning because if you touch them, they will fly straight for you and.. you guessed it, vomit into your face.
